As an avid pickleball player, I found myself constantly struggling with hydration. After long matches, I’d feel dizzy, dehydrated, and my muscles would be sore for days. I tried nearly every hydration option out there — but nothing ever felt quite right. They were either packed with sugar, loaded with artificial sweeteners, or had that salty, or overpowering aftertaste that made it hard to even finish a full bottle. And I definitely didn’t want to fuel my body with preservative-loaded sports drinks like Gatorade.
So I started digging.
I began researching the science of hydration and recovery — looking at what our bodies actually need to perform, recover, and stay balanced. That led me to partner with formulators and nutrition experts to create something better.
