✅ Eligible Returns:

• Unopened and unused electrolyte pouches.
• Partially used pouches qualify if no more than 2 stick packs have been used.
• Water bottles and towels may be returned only if they are completely unused, unopened, and in original packaging

❌ Ineligible Returns:

• Pouches with more than 2 stick packs used.
• Used or opened water bottles.
• Used or opened towels.
• Items not in original packaging or damaged due to misuse.

🚚 Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
• We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
